Pregnant women
There might appear boils and sores, dry stool and other symptoms caused by excessive internal heat. It can also threats the baby through breastfeeding.

Patients with hyperthyroidism
The heart rate of patients with hyperthyroidism is already fast, after eating chilies, it will speed up the heartbeat more.
