Upper Abs Exercise
While performing the basic crunch or upper abs exercise, you should bend your knees to a position of 90 degrees with your feet touching the ground. You should place your hands on your chest. You should aim to bring your chest and knees into contact by lifting your shoulder blades without moving your legs.
You should lower your body while contracting your abdominal muscles intensely and then bring your shoulders back to the floor. This procedure should be repeated at least 30 times. You should also focus on proper breathing techniques while doing this exercise. You can do at least 3-4 sets of this exercise after taking a rest for a few minutes in between every set.To learn more about these services join the http://www.magicslim.us
