Doing three things in the morning helps you to live till 90 years old
1,Taking a deep breath
After waking up early in the morning, don't hurry to get up, repose for 5 minutes, lie on the left side first, then the right side, stretch yourself for three times in between to fully stretch your joints.
Then get up, stretching your arms and tip your toes, take ten times of deep breaths ,relax your muscles, regulate the breath.
Go outdoor to inhale the air deeply, exhale the polluted air out of your body and breathe in fresh air.
2, Looking to four directions
Stand still, two eyes straight, look far into the east;
Then, half close your eyes with your head bending down a little, look to the south;
Half close your eyes with your head bending, turn to the west;
Finally, turn to the north.
3,Bowel movemen
Try to do bowel movement every day in the morning as far as possible. Form the habit of regular bowel movement, discharge the toxins out of the body. While going for number two, keep thinking about the most delightful and joyful things that happened a few days ago. In doing so, intestinal peristalsis can be more smooth and defecate can be discharged unobstructed.
